I truly cannot recommend this company enough! Robbie & Lovesson were incredibly professional, transparent, and fast-moving from start to finish. It was less than an hour after I initially reached out before Lovesson was at our house to do a quick walkthrough and provide a quote. Once he and Robbie got a game plan together, they were back and ready to get to work! They were so kind and courteous throughout the entire process, making sure that anything they loaded for removal was actually supposed to go. They even took the time to let me know that some of the things I was SO ready to get rid of while cleaning out our basement and decluttering could potentially be donated rather than simply tossed in the dump. That honestly meant a lot to me, and really showed their character. I just cannot brag on this company enough. They were incredibly respectful, even engaging with my kiddos when they were constantly asking questions or trying to "help." They were also very upfront about the cost—which was SO reasonable for the amount of work they did. I could kick myself for not taking a "before" picture because it would have been amazing to show the difference! I went from feeling completely overwhelmed and not knowing where to begin with cleaning out our basement/garage, to feeling an incredible sense of relief knowing that it's finally done. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that if you choose another company for your junk removal or clean-out, you're missing out. From their professionalism and kindness to their communication, efficiency, and pricing, they truly exceeded my expectations. 100/10 recommend!
